Associated Press SHEBOYGAN, Wis. - A Wisconsin man says he has his fingers crossed and he's saying his prayers as he waits to find out if the buck he shot last week is a world record. Michael Gregoire of Sheboygan Falls took the deer with a bow and arrow Thursday on his brother's farm just west of Sheboygan Falls. The 12-point buck weighed 240 pounds and the rack has been unofficially scored at 217 5/8 inches. A 60-day drying period must first pass before an official score is granted. The Boone and Crocket Club Web site says the world record for a typical whitetail rack is 213 5/8 inches, shot with a rifle in Canada in 1993. The state record is 206 1/8 inches. Now, all Gregoire can do is wait for the day drying period to elapse and for three licensed, random scorers to render their verdict. Had this for dinner last night....thought I would share the recipe with all of you. 2 lbs. skinless pan fish fillets 10 ounces of asparagus spears 1 can of celery soup 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese...grated 2 tablespoons crushed toasted almonds 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon pepper Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.Cook asparagus and drain.Place 3 asparagus spears on each fillet and roll up.Put a toothpick in each one.Place roll-ups on a buttered baking dish.Combine the soup,lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the roll-ups.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top with the almonds.Bake it at 350 degrees for 25-39 minutes until the fish flakes.

Been away from the board due to health reasons.... I wasn't upset Trout....I was kidding....couldn't you tell with the "LOL"? You can tell the sense of humor people have with the boat ramp situation...been there....seen that....but hey bsd1960...you can stick it where the sun don't shine than go jump in your pond.....LOL and by the way...your NOT my only friend. Nuff said.
