  1. Yes. The put in is probably 20 river miles downstream. There is one or two creeks that come in there, but nothing truly sizeable. Yes, it was such a good float at that level we only drug maybe twice on a small river.
  2. I understand what you're saying. Just going off of the info from the gauge on the dates in question. I can't answer though.
  3. I pulled the numbers off the USGS gauge site. That river fishes well when it is about 4.5 and the flow around 35 cfs or so.
  4. June 9-10 2015 flow ranged from 40 cfs to 25 cfs and height from 4.77 to 4.60. Easy floating. Very good fishing on the Little Niangua.
  5. Wow, just wow. Some of these pictures are almost frameworthy!
  6. It is closer indeed. I'll be on it this year as well.
  7. Man, I'm fishing, not modelling the latest and greatest.
  8. I need to get on the Meramec more. It's a beautiful river and holds nice fish.
  9. What's the amperage rating for the pre-installed wiring?
  10. I like my Korkers, guess I'll wear them this year with some neoprene socks. I got the Simms socks 2 years ago and they're really nice for my wading boots.
  11. I've been looking at these, but I was curious how feasible they are for use on creeks and rivers, obviously with a trolling motor and what not for propulsion through pools.
  12. Al, I can't say I'd fault you for staying out west and fishing those rivers. They're gorgeous.
  13. I can wear an 11, just saying...
  14. That looks perfect.
  15. @Al Agnew, Waimea is gorgeous! Perhaps a trip is in the future. Keep them coming!
  16. Honestly, the PQ and Lew's are the same reel. They're made in the same Korean factory. They're both Doyo reels. I've gotten good use out of my Haibo reels, Ardent and Piscifun's higher end stuff.
  17. My son fell in love with river smallies in this exact spot.
  18. The river looks great up there! Your daughter did great!
  19. Guys ,this thread is just what I need for these winter doldrums. I'm thankful we have such a well travelled group of guys on here.
  20. Also the Little Niangua here.
  21. Hey, I'm in KC and looking for a small, used jonboat, 12' with or without trailer or a 1442 or something with a trailer. Now, the kicker, I'm looking for it cheap, but without leaks for my son and I to fish local lakes and some of the larger rivers in the Ozarks. If you have anything, let me know, thanks!
  22. I want to see a bunch of river pictures posted in this thread. If you desire to label them, go ahead, if not, no harm no foul.
  23. They do. They're $25 and $30 for either style they have.
  24. I have a pair of Korkers, but they are heavy. Maybe I just need a good, thick pair of neoprene socks and go with them. They have great ankle support, which is my one requirement.
