For what it's worth, we got checked Memorial Day. One quick look to confirm the application of contact cement, and the agent was on his way.

I didn't have a camera. There are four pipes. Looked like 2@12" and 2@6". They terminate about 3 feet from the waters edge, cut into the bank. Siding is going on the new hatchery building. A construction worker tells me it will be finished by spring, but definately not by March 1st. There is still some concrete to pour good weather is needed.
