  1. Got a chance this year to use Bill Babler on the upper taney, our day was very productive and enlightening how he approached the changing conditions during our 8 hr trip. I've used the services of a handful of guides in recent years, but Bill is a true class act. What I learned will save me many hours of trial and error to use for future years. Thanks,Bill -Don K
  2. PLINE CXX 4LB MOSS GREEN or MAXIMA 4LB GREEN, unless you're fishing big jerkbaits, then 15lb Seaguar fluoro
  3. Dear tearin up topwater, I've fished Buschs for about 30 years, first off lake 33 is your best chance to land the lunker bass, however october is typically not a especially good month to do so..best lunker months are April and May prespawn and spawn, and yes you need a boat to find the deep brushpiles.. another good lake in spring is Lake 35..bring your fishfinder...for as long as I can remember lake 7 is a predominantly a catfish lake, but there are a few very large bass in there..In the next couple of weeks as the water cools try a white buzzbait early in the am,then go to small bass jigs or 6 incch worms texas rig Good luck, mofishin
  4. Alright guys, I need your advice again on your favorite Jerk bait rod when fishing for largemouth during the winter and early spring for throwing pointers, staysee,or a mega bass suspending..lets hear from the baitcaster guys and the spincast guys, once again I thank you in advance for your help -MOFISHIN
