    the weather was much better even though it was colder.

    Not a whole lot to report today. We got to the river about 7:30, with no water running. No water ran all day, contrary to the schedule if you can believe that! We made lemonade out of lemons and fished to the top of mclelans(sp?) shoal. We caught probably 25 fish, Hoglaw caught a real nice rainbow(best of the weekend) and I caught a good brown that was about the same size. One thing we noticed was the fish on norfork were much healthier and thicker than fish on the white.

    we had a great day today. Today the lineup was Terrierman and me in Ham's boat, LRF, Quillback in Hoglaws boat. Despite the weather we had great day of fishing going from Buffalo City to Norfork. In our boat we caught nearly 150, the biggest being this brown I caught on a brown/orange zigjig. The other boat caught nearly as many, after brett gets done cooking he can post an update.

    we can eat earlier, that is fine with me. I just need to put the brisket on 5 hours before we plan on eating. what time we meeting at the ramp?

    They do accept silver and gold. I am going to try to talk miles into putting the brisket on. 8pm a good time to eat for everyone?

    Sound good to me. I'm starting in mountain home tonight so I can be wherever, whenever. I just have to figure out how to get the brisket on the cooker at 3pm. Anyone care to bring buns? I have sauce and baked beans. Btw I am also bringing fish to grill Saturday.

    LRF, take special care on hwy 62 as there are some spots of ice. Heck my road(395) is still horrible.

    the best day I had jig fishing I had 45 minutes to fish and we at the confluence of CC and my wife and I caught 20 nice trout in the hole

    You can get a fiberglass kit anywhere. Wayne, coating the bottom of the boat adds about 20 pounds. If my boat is on the water there is a very good chance the bottom is getting abused.

    There is a map somewhere that shows how long it takes for the water to get different places. I believe white hole is one hour, wildcat is three rim shoals is five and buffalo city is eight.
