Echo 2, Fly Rods 5wt.

I need a new 5wt rod and was looking at the reviews on this rod. Does anyone have any experience with them? Or suggest an alternative? It does not have to be similarly priced but would like to stay under $400.00.

A couple of months ago, I purchased a Sage Launch 9' 5 weight per the recommendation of some of the posters on this board. So far, I think it was a good purchase. I like it. PC

Nope...I think Feather Craft (in St. Louis) picked up the Echo line this year .Give them a ring and see if they have the one on hand to cast. If not its hard to go wrong with any of the rods in the Sage lineup, just a matter of finding the one you like best at your price point.. Cheers.
