Need Help Getting Caught Up

I haven't been to Roaring River in awhile and wanted to get caught up on the regs. I take it I still need a daily tag. Where do I pick it up? Is there a dedicated C&R area during the regular season? Where is the fly section? I have only fished the upper end by the hatchery and am looking to try other areas. I saw Tim's post on what flys were working. Is Tim's shop open on Sunday and if so what time?

Sorry for all the questions but I want to get caught up.
