Members TeamKingTuckey Posted February 17, 2006 Members Posted February 17, 2006 Is anyone one besides me and my roomate going to be brave enough to go catch some trout tonite and tomorrow morning? I was just wondering if we will see anyone else flyfishing below the dam tomorrow? In search for "Papa Pump" ><(((*>
Wayne SW/MO Posted February 18, 2006 Posted February 18, 2006 Given the fact that its going to be cold enough to freeze the balls off the brass monkey, no. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Members diamond dave Posted February 18, 2006 Members Posted February 18, 2006 There are so many nights in a year. Why would you pick the one that contains 4 inches of snow?
Micheal Kyle Posted February 18, 2006 Posted February 18, 2006 Fishing in the snow is fun and I have had a lot of good luck. Considering tonight and Saturday night on record to be the coldest nights of the season for 2005-2006. Two words I'M OUT. Good luck and have fun. To Know People Is To Know Thier Ways!

Members SGFChief Posted February 18, 2006 Members Posted February 18, 2006 Maybe... Gonna do the BB King show tomorrow night. We're staying at the Chatuea and will most likely fish sunday morning, I'm not sure if the hotel has somewhere to hang my waders to dry so Saturday fishing maybe out. I've got a great wife who understands and would be there with me if the temp was up 50 degrees. Can you imagine lugging my waders and boots through the lobby? Probably do them some good come to think about it.

Leonard Posted February 18, 2006 Posted February 18, 2006 Sorry I didnt make it guys... As I turned onto 165 the sleet started... I sat there for about 10 minute... and it was getting alittle heavier.. Being that I had to stay the night down there once before (due to a similar storm).. I turned around and went home... that and momma called cussing me out when she saw the fly rod and waders gone...LOL I didnt think this was gonna hit till after 11pm http://www.taneycomonights.com
