Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted April 12, 2008 Root Admin Posted April 12, 2008 Are they still running gates at Norfork?? I wonder what the total cfs of both dams are right now?
Members whiteriverinnmoose Posted April 12, 2008 Author Members Posted April 12, 2008 Phil,They are still running at Norfork, but they have cut them way back.Maybe they will turn them off tomorrow. The water release at Bull is suppose to equal 1 1/2 additional generators. Its up about 2 ft across from our lodge and still looks very fishable to me.If I only knew if they were going to let a lot more out. Lets cross our fingers. Moose
John Berry Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 Phil, According to the message, they have about 5,760 CFS coming through flood gates plus 21.000 from generation. On the Norfork its about 11,600CFS from the gates and 5,600 from generation.
