timsfly Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 I hate to change the report so fast but the water really cleared up and dropped a bit last night, now it is still quite a bit above normal and running very fast, but the water cleared up a lot last night, I didn't figure it would be this clear till next week, so the fly area is fishable now and looking pretty good, you'll need lots of weight and you'll have to take your time, but it looks like it will be a good weekend, a sink tip line would be a great asset right now, and the use of a 5 or 6 wt is reccomended, you'll have to have a heaiver rod to use the weight needed right now. The upper end(above dry hollow is looking good still) and should be very fishable all weekend.
