zander Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 We were planning on going down fishing Friday and Saturday, I hope the walleye won't be fished out by then.
Members jsharp Posted April 29, 2008 Members Posted April 29, 2008 I guess the walleye come though the flood gates? How far down lake have they been caught?
zsmith62 Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 Hopefully there won't be enough rain on thursday/friday to cause to much trouble for you guys down there... Zach Smith
Members bill kelley Posted April 29, 2008 Members Posted April 29, 2008 Hey, Phil, Jeremy, I see the level is starting to drop. GOOD! I'll be down about Friday noon. Hope it keeps going down. I'd like to be able to unlimber my Fly rod. See you then.
soggyfeet Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 Any bets on when the water level will get back down to 701. It will be nice to be able get down there and fish this summer, I dont know though if it keeps this up theres going to be high water for the brown run. Brian
Bman Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 [ I dont know though if it keeps this up theres going to be high water for the brown run. lets hope not The only good line is a tight line
Jeremy Hunt Posted April 30, 2008 Posted April 30, 2008 I think we'll be fine by the time the brown run is here, but I would say this summer will be high water for the most part. I've been fishing alot in Arkansas and it's been fishing extremely well. So if Taney is shot, I would recommend driving there, it's worth the drive.
