This is what I got back from Invision -

There is nothing in the error logs that shows any emails failing from IPB's side. With the users who are having issues with this, have they checked their junk mail filter? And did it suddenly stop working, or has it not worked for them from the start?

I know Danoinark has had problems since the beginning with his notification. Let me know so I can answer.
