I have seen that before.

Those guys are either stupid or insane. You wouldnt catch me in a muddy river sticking my hands where there might be anything. I prefer to use a gaff while trot/limb lining. Plus a turtle will drown you. Not to mention what a few moccasins will send you.

yea but just think if the turtle dident drown you it would olny get a few fingers then you could change your user name to nubs or something like that. not trying to offend anyone with short fingers just trying to make a funny!! (lol)

I worked with an ol' boy that was a diehard catfisherman and that was one of his favorite ways to fish. He had a boat and drift fished for them over the flats at Grand, but he really liked to noodle them more. All I have to say about that, is look at his arms. The man was in his 50's and he had more scars on his arms than anyone I have ever seen. All due to noodle fishing.
