Leonard
this wasnt just a plain wading staff... it was a fairly good (high end) staff... VERY NICE ONE... So yes I would really like to see this returned to the right owner He told me he visits taneycomo quite a bit.. I think if I remember right he visits this for some fishing reports... so I really hope he see this!! http://www.taneycomonights.com
Brian K. Shaffer
You remember what he was driving ? That might help narrow the search. This reminds me.. I was with friends (yeah Jeremy was there) on a trout fishing trip to TN.. and we were up in the lot prior to the walk down.. talking to a couple.. then they left. Well the husband left behind a William Joseph vest of some sort.. and I remember watching the car drive off.. giving a little wave.. then seeing that they had left something behind. So I walk over and pick it up. We took it to a local fly shop.. and one of the guys in my party drops his business card. They kept it there for a year.. then sent it to the cards address... which wasnt me. Long story short.. I did the right thing. But I didnt squat. best fishes - Brian Just once I wish a trout would wink at me! ozarkflyfisher@gmail.com I'm the guy wearing the same Simms longbilled hat for 10 years now.
