Troy Gregg Posted June 15, 2008 Posted June 15, 2008 Hey guys, maybe you all can help me out up there on Truman. I am familiar with the lake somewhat, but have never really fished for the Lakes quality Black bass. I will be coming up to truman the weekend of the 28th and the 29th to fish a tournament and not really quite sure what to expect. What kind of presentations are working right now and in a couple of weeks? I am familiar with the Rock and the top water bite is really starting to pick up, is it the same on Truman? We will be launching out of Warsaw and any information you guys can provide me with is much appreciated... as of this point I am going up there blind. Thanks for all the help in Advance, Troy Gregg Troy Gregg

bclift65706 Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 the lake is up big lots of new ground to cover I dont know how high it is going to go the corps are not going to run mutch water untile the missouri river goes down. sunday there was alot of ceader trees and big limbs drifting out on the main lake and olny going to get worse as the water gets higher. there may be another 40 acre log jam at the dam this year like the one last year. Anyone headed to the lake needs to watch for more than just other boats. GOOD LUCK!!!! AND BE CAREFULL lake level is at 725.5 (19.5 feet high)
