Going down to cedar ridge area with not a whole lot of experience there i fish else where on stockton i am going to fish a crappie tournament from 7:00-1:00 am was wondering if any one has trolled this area after the sun goes down if so all input helps

If it is a night tournament... I would find out if they allow crappie lights. If so, you can't beat fishing under a crappie light with minnows and/or jigs. The guys that do that (if allowed) will smoke everybody who's not fishing that way.

Check out the area around Adams Branch. Lots of night time crappie come from the east point area.

do you catch them in the adams branch trolling at night also that is the big question wish we was fishing state park then it would all be over by 9:00 but i am not so all help i can get is appreciated maybe be able to return the favor if any ?'s around state park

Biggeratts, did you find someone to go? I am thinkin doin just what we have been doin will catch the helll out of fish! I even can give you the inside on what bait will work. Think about it. Moon phase, Color........................ ;)

You should've used the crappie lights.
