jdmidwest Posted August 20, 2008 Posted August 20, 2008 How about that McCain, he is looking at Liberman as a VP. Looks like he is showing his true colors. The Dems have stole this election, either way it is win win for them!!! "Life has become immeasurably better since I have been forced to stop taking it seriously." — Hunter S. Thompson
Trav Posted August 20, 2008 Author Posted August 20, 2008 No way liberman will be the choice. Don't give the liberals too much credit. Nobama is going to announce his VP selection via text. Cuts me out of the loop. How many people will appreciate that? "May success follow your every cast." - Trav P. Johnson
bigredbirdfan Posted August 20, 2008 Posted August 20, 2008 How about that McCain, he is looking at Liberman as a VP. Looks like he is showing his true colors. The Dems have stole this election, either way it is win win for them!!! So do we prefer quasi-socialism (what we have now) or full out socialism (like Europe)? That is the decision. 15-50% taxes or 80-100%? Enable small business (most of us work for one) or kill small business (all of us out of work)? Hum sounds like a pretty difficult choice. The old man with black socks, dandruff, bad breath, military hero with excellent experience, or the good looking, cool, in experienced dope? Unfortunatley, look at who you see when you go out in public. A bunch of morons barley able to tie thier shoes just looking for an swindler like Barrack Hussein Obama. And they have the same vote as you and me. Given they receive a free ride to the voting booth by MoveOn.Org
jdmidwest Posted August 20, 2008 Posted August 20, 2008 ONE SUNNY DAY IN 2009, AN OLD MAN APPROACHED THE WHITE HOUSE FROM ACROSS PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE , WHERE HE'D BEEN SITTING ON A PARK BENCH. He spoke to the Marine standing guard and said, I would Like to go in and meet with President Barack Obama. The Marine replied, Sir, Mr. Obama is not President and Doesn't reside here. The old man said, Okay, and walked away. The following day, The same man approached the White House and said to the same Marine, I would like to go in and meet with President Barack Obama. The Marine again told the man, Sir, as I said yesterday, Mr. Obama is not President and doesn't reside here. The man Thanked him and again walked away. The third day, the same man approached the White House and Spoke to the very same Marine, saying I would like to go in And meet with President Barack Obama. The Marine, understandably agitated at this point, looked at the man And said, Sir, this is the third day in a row you have been Here asking to speak to Mr. Obama. I've told you Already several times that Mr. Obama is not the President And doesn't reside here. Don't you understand? The old man answered, 'Oh, I understand you fine. I just Love hearing your answer!' The Marine snapped to attention, saluted, and said, 'See you Tomorrow, Sir!' Trav Posted August 21, 2008 Author Posted August 21, 2008 I paid in thousands to social security. I will get it back. It's not riding welfare until you start mooching for food stamps and housing assistance. Nobama wants to give welfare mommys more money for every pup they produce, Is that right? Actually giving incentive to have children you cant afford? Those of us that own land and have a stake in our tax dollars want a prez that will reward working americans. Not those that ride the system. "May success follow your every cast." - Trav P. Johnson

Not those that ride the system. I know it will never fly but give them all a drug test and mandate birthcontrol verification for any government assistance. Disbursments would get cut in half. Hell. I think I just solved the Social Security, Medicare and Welfare Problem all at once. All we need is more people in this world filling up at the gas station. This world need a pandemic, desperatley.

Odds are with the prepared...
Guest kevinkirk Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 I think an INTELLIGENCE test before you can have children would be superb. A sanity test would be good too but that would weed out most of us as you have to be INSANE to want a baby. hahahahah....ITS A JOKE so all of you bloggers, chill out.. Honestly tho, as far as Mcain and Obama. Who scares you the least? THeres the vote. All of my coworkers are democrats due to being a union job and I cant believe the things they say about this election. Such hate is just weird. I am mostly concerned about where the fish are biting and when. Is that WRONG? Just cant get into worrying bout things I cant change. Done enough of that early in my life. One friend told me his take on life. DONT sweat the small stuff and EVERYTHING is small. Except golf or fishing or whatever. Prob a good way to live.
Trav Posted August 21, 2008 Author Posted August 21, 2008 Kevin, Nothing wrong with fishing being more important than politics. What is wrong is when the government gets involved with fishing. It just twists a good pass time into an ordeal. Of course people said the same thing back in the day when you had to start to buy fishing licences. "May success follow your every cast." - Trav P. Guest kevinkirk Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 The reason I am moving down there is to live where there are lakes and rivers where you can fish without PERMISSION. You are so lucky and dont know it. SO much water and all public access.
