Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted August 17, 2008 Root Admin Posted August 17, 2008 Well- waders didn't have much of a window to wade with the water down. They're already running water this morning to cover the gravel bars upstream. Good thing... hardly any fog and the sun is out. Lots of dead sculpin along our bank in the moss. Herons are having a feast. Am heading up to take some pics. Curtis and I just cut some of the trees tops off in mid channel above our place to Fall Creek. \ Of yea- they're dredging the ramp at River Pointe Estates... good for them!! Just hope they don't get caught.

Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted August 18, 2008 Author Root Admin Posted August 18, 2008 Must still be working on the boards at Powersite Dam- water is still down and one units running this morning.
Members Bill Saenger Posted August 18, 2008 Members Posted August 18, 2008 Phil, Thanks for posting the many pictures of the lake during the draw down. I regret that I cannot be there during this event as it is a great opportunity to observe many of the normally underwater features in the lake. Bill Saenger
Members alletec Posted August 20, 2008 Members Posted August 20, 2008 Phil, Why are they drawing down the lake. Is it to work on the powersite dam or something els? Jeff. Jeff Alley
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted August 20, 2008 Author Root Admin Posted August 20, 2008 Replace the boards. They are done. Lake is back to normal.
zsmith62 Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 It's funny how our idea of "normal" has changed over the last few months... Zach Smith
