Fishing Report

I had the opportunity to fish Crane Creek for the first time a few weeks ago, and loved the water. Only had a few hours to try and tackle it, so it was more exploring than anything. It appears to me that most of the substantial holes are right in town. I didn't really find much fishable water upstream in the conservation area, just a few small fish in the deeper runs. Am I missing something there? Also, in the downstream conservation area, is the bridge there the only access to the river? I walked that trail for a ways into the timber and it didn't appear to ever meet back up with the creek at a point where you could get down to it. I hope to go back and be a little more thorough in my next trip, so I'm trying to figure out my options, haha.
