Bman Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 That has to be an older post, the dates at the top of the page threw me...nevermind... The only good line is a tight line
zsmith62 Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 I''d say this is a little dated... tempratures in the 30's, chance of snow and freezing? Zach Smith
Members ulua Posted September 15, 2008 Members Posted September 15, 2008 Just found the article from the Branson Daily News. It's actually from April 12, 2008 during the Spring floods.
Spinnaker Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 AccuWaether shows no rain until Fri night. The Corps site shows 922 this AM with 7000+ discharge. Do you think the water on TRock will get down to 915 by the weekend? I am coming down to fish TRock but I also planned to take a day or 2 to wade fish by the dam on Taney. Looks like they will be running all 4 from now until???
Luke Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 kcangler - Beaver is sitting at 1129.57 (1130 is the top of the flood pool) and is still discharging more water than Table Rock. Table Rock is still going up about a foot every 12 hours, I don't know what the expected crest is supposed to be, but it's going to be a lot of water to get rid of. There are a couple of spots that you can fish from shore with this much water, though they may be crowded or you could always use a boat. --Luke
