Flippin Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 I have been trying to purchase a annual boat launch pass for several months but no one is ever at the entrance booth. I have been told that you can order one online from the Corp of Engineers. I can't find anything about the pass on their web page. Does anyone know what the webpage is that I can order one?

Members Trolling For Walleye Posted December 8, 2008 Members Posted December 8, 2008 What is a boat launch pass and why would I need one? I trailer my boat as well and just thought the launch ramps were free, am I wrong? Boat is on Table Rock Lake near Shell Knob, MO
Fishing Buddy Don House Posted December 8, 2008 Fishing Buddy Posted December 8, 2008 TFW, if you put your boat in at any of the corp ramps like state park, indian point, cape fair, mill creek, Baxterand other you must purchase a corp ramp pass for one year at 30.00 or pay 4.00 per launch.. Don ahh.. ok, so the shell knob bridge launch ramp must just be free because i've never heard of that and it and the campbell point launch ramp are the only ones i've ever used. Boat is on Table Rock Lake near Shell Knob, MO
Bill Babler Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Shell Knob is free, but Campbell Point is a Corp. ramp and you will need to have your ducket showing or you will get fined. If you are fishing the SK area, the following ramps are free; Shell Knob Bridge, H hwy. ramp, Turkey Mountain Estates No.2, You can get away with Big Bay, never had a problem. Pay ramps are Campbell Pt., Viola, Eagle Rock, Big M. There are others in the area, but you ought to be able to get your stuff wet at one of these. Big Bay is a Corps Park, it is just very seldom used, on the other hand you better divie up to launch there. Boy's for the life of me I have forgotten the name of the ramp up the Kings on the Southwest Side. Used to be a park, but closed now. You can also launch there. Know it as well as my own name, but just can't call it now. Hickory Hollow also allows launching up the Kings river for a fee. I believe its 3 tokens per launch. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com

Don FYI- State Park is not a Corps of Engineers Ramp. You don't need a pass to launch there. One good thing about a Corps pass is that its good at any Corps ramp in the United States.

bassman1308 Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 It's at the mouth of sweetwater creek. I've heard it called 'Golden access' & Kings River access. Don't know which one is correct, if either.
