Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted March 13, 2006 Root Admin Share Posted March 13, 2006 Per Bill Babler- He's in from the first half of his guide trip this am... they've caught over 60 trout on jig/float using a olive micro jig. Water is good color above Fall Creek. Lots of rainbows being caught off the dock on white or orange power eggs. People throwing or trolling cleos are catching trout also very well. Don't let the colored water fool you.

Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted March 14, 2006 Author Root Admin Share Posted March 14, 2006 Hard to say- safe answer would be the color, size and head-color the trout are hitting on at the time Jeremy Hunt started tying a black thread, silver bead, silver wire wrapped #18 which has been good. The avatar you're using... isn't that from another Taney site? It looks famillar.
Murdoc
I'm kind of a lucky photographer. Mark Gray and I were standing down by outlet three and the young fox that someone had talked about came walking out and went out into the shallows and I started taking some picks. I've got some of Mark that he's had enlarged and framed. I could put them on the picture page if anyone would want to see them. I'll be down Wed morning. Look for a Texas orange hat with no logo. Thanks for the info. Mark Smiles are free http://rdpflyrods.com/
