But if you're fishing on Taneycomo and staying below the highway 65 bridge and NOT keeping trout, you are NOT required to purchase a stamp. Danoinark Posted March 14, 2006 Share Posted March 14, 2006 Phil, Was it last year or year before they changed the regs on trout permits..I think it used to be that if you were not keeping trout from the dam down you didn't neet a stamp too. No matter the age... even those who are old enough to not need a fishing license requires a stamp.
