Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted October 8, 2008 Root Admin Posted October 8, 2008 Have I missed something... there's no area below the dam where the gates is locked except maybe on the south side.
LASGTA88 Posted October 8, 2008 Author Posted October 8, 2008 they werent locked but just saw gates lol. wasnt sure.. but after looking at your VERY informative maps (as with all your info and help) there are several places to park and walk down just depending on where you want to fish.. where would you recomend spin fishing at night using jigs and crank baits? thanks for your help as always Phil... if we get time a couple of us are gonna try and make it to your landing and finally meet you lol LA
soggyfeet Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 Phill I think hes talking about the hatchery parking lot. Lasgta if you look right next to the parking lot there is a road going inbetween there and the new brown ladder thing. Head down that road and you come to two more parking lots. The one on the left has a shelter house and is lighted pretty well. Brian
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted October 8, 2008 Root Admin Posted October 8, 2008 Jigs and cranks baits- I'd go down to the boat ramp, walk up a bit and then fish down- even all the way down thru the old KOA. Up at the cable too.
soggyfeet Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 Phill you need to quit telling people about down by the old KOA (thats where I fish) Really its no good down there, no fish at all you are better off up by the outlets When you pull in there roll your windows down and listen for the music and go the music.
