timsfly Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 BPS and Cortland both have a bag like that, for around 20.00 I think, the cortland may be a bit higer. I've used the one from BPS, it has never leaked yet. Tim Homesley 23387 st. hwy 112 Cassville, Mo 65625 Roaring River State park Tim's Fly Shop www.missouritrout.com/timsflyshop
jdmidwest Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 I use a small dry bag in the boat and in the kayaks and it works fine. I picked it up at Gander Mountain, but almost every good sporting goods store has them. I put a handgun, wallet, keys, phone, and camera in there and they work fine. A Glad Lock container works good too. They have a positive locking system, offer crush protection, and have a watertight gasket. They are similar to a Pelican case, just a lot cheaper and you can pick them up in various sizes at Kmart or Wally World. DoveTail Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 Check out Sam's or Costco and see if they have any on clearance. I picked up a 2 pack (one big bag and another smaller one - both hold a LOT of stuff) for I think $19? That was last year, haven't looked for any lately. I'm not sure what size you are looking for.
