Members Toby from MO Posted January 12, 2009 Members Posted January 12, 2009 I’m just back from Lilley’s and my first ever trout trip. I have a question regarding the water generation over the weekend…for future reference. We fished from 7:30am to 4:30pm both Friday and Saturday…various locations from Fall Creek to the fountain…down from Bass Pro. We did not fish above Fall Creek or even venture to see the dam (by car) all weekend. I was just wondering how much water (if any) was being generated during these hours so I can relate to the water conditions we fished. The water was fairly clear and calm all weekend…though the wind was horrible down lake on Saturday. The current was almost non-existent. I say almost because there was a slight current but even the slightest breeze would offset it. The water was shallow but not terrible…though I run a jet and was not too worried about depth. BTW...almost forgot to mention...on Friday we caught two nice largemouth just up from Monkey Island.

Mr. Ed Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 click here for generation schedule Thanks Duck... now how do I figure which one is Tablerock/Taneycomo???
duckydoty Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 Thanks Duck... now how do I figure which one is Tablerock/Taneycomo??? Table Rock Dam is "TR". I think it is column #13. Make sure the page is the correct date that you want. I have never seen it go more than 2 days in advance without flipping back to the prior weeks date. For instance On Mondays schedule you can see todays predicted generation but if you click on Tuesdays it might have last Tuesdays schedule up. Mr. Ed Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 Well I should have been able to figure out “TR”. I’m going to be down there in about a month and thought it would be nice to have an idea on how much they will be running. I guess I’ll be able to see a day or two ahead. We’ll be boat fishing so it’s not going to stop us anyway. Thanks again!
Members Toby from MO Posted January 12, 2009 Author Members Posted January 12, 2009 click here for generation schedule How come this chart is still showing Friday/Saturday January 2 & 3 and this past Friday/Saturday January 9 & 10. Also...looking at the bottom it actually defines the number of units but how do you tell by looking above at the flow by hour...quanity of water relating to number of units?
duckydoty Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 some more on generation charts Some of the above link might help A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Visit my website at.. Ozark Trout Runners
