Thanks from me too Tim.

Sean, I'll try to remember to stay around the old dam till I see ya. I'm driving a 2006 Drk Blue F-150 Extended Cab, and I won't be to far from it.

I've known Warlock for many years and he can testify that when I have time on my hands, something devious occurs. I'm sitting in my office planning my driving route and notice that Crane is within an easy drive. So, I'm playing with the idea, read most likely going to happen, of checking out of the room early Monday and skipping up there for a few hours of fishing. I've been trying the last few weekends to get up there and things just have not panned out. Well, I'm pretty sure they are going to pan out this time.

HEHEHEHEHE!!!! Warlock is NOT going to be happy!!!!!!!! :glare::ninja::angry2:

Nope not happy at all.... :o

Actually I've been thinking about a day trip there myself.

So I might get up early on Monday and drive down there too. Wife and daughter have school and I have all day free.....If you don't mind company that is....

What time are you thinking about being there?

How about meeting at the Park in Crane around 9AM?

I could do that, just need my MO license and trout permit. You thinking about wading or bank fishing....

We can coordinate more Sunday. See you there.

I'd agree - Tim's is a must if you're at Roaring River, or even close. It's an excellent fly shop, with just about everything you'd need for fly fishing, fly tying and spin fishing too.

Tim's always eager to help you, but it's not in the way so many of the big-time fly shops do it: based on how much you spend, or how much you look like you can spend. He's got good information - - and the business sense to know that purchases aren't a prerequisite of good service, they're a byproduct of it. I'll always remember the two pairs of forceps Tim gave to my boys, just because they were interested in them. I know they remember it too.

We're always down there in October, and I try to restock when I'm there - - even though I've always got access to the web and a Cabela's 15 minutes from home. I'd much rather patronize a place like Tim's.

If I wasnt already booked up I would join you. We are camping at Roaring River over the Easter holiday.

Maybe next time, would be fun.

I had to finesse this in between on call weekends. <_<
