FishinCricket Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 If you don't like showing your ugly mug then post a picture of the hat you will be wearing, or some other identifier.. Here's approximately what I will look like.. So who all will be there Sunday? I will for sure be walking around watching and plugging this forum, anybody else for sure gonna make it? Stand up and be counted. Anybody got any special ideas for starting the season off right? Anybody gonna be in town Saturday night? cricket.c21.com
DoveTail Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 I was thinking about it, but have done it once. Maybe it's a tradition but it is just insane standing shoulder to shoulder with someone. If I wasn't on the water in a situation with that, I would find more enjoyment stuff in an elevator with strangers.
jjtroutbum Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 I'll be there. Want to meet up for breakfast or lunch somewhere ? On the table. Y'all got my number (in my signature below)... Better mention that Ollie just opened up Ollies II in town on your way out 64 hwy.. Don't get confused, the Ollies we are meeting at is between Lebanon and Bennett, halfway out 64 on the south side of the highway, next to the Creel Inn. So breakfast AFTER we have all had a little fun at the park when the bell goes off? cricket.c21.com

Dude, I'll be fine as long as I have no intention of trying to fish seriously. I used to be there a ton for the opener as a kid. Now I just get a kick out of the circus atmosphere. Besides, I bought a new digital waterproof camera to try out. I just need to learn how to use it now...LOL. Yeah I know just turn it on and press the button. Its the other stuff I gotta learn how to do before I go out west. I want to try to take some pics of where I'm at and post them on here. Hell I may even break out the G.loomis spinning rod to squeeze in and sling a black and yellow marabou. I'll get back with ya later in the week. Rich
