Wade Fishing

Me and a buddy were planning a trip to Taneycomo this Fri. or Sat. Is wade fishing an option during the day near the dam? It seems like power generation has only stopped a night.

It's hard to say what they will do. Sometimes the trends are what they project. I have been in the water and heard the horn go off and the water never came. I have logged onto their site for the schedule the morning I am going to fish and it doesn't happen...so I quit planning! It is what it is and try to fish with what the powers have assigned for the day.

We are planning a similar trip. I doubt there will be much wade fishing. Especially, if Branson gets one more rain. The Branson forecast says it will be cloudy, but doesn't predict rain.

What is wade fishing? It's been so long since anyone has been able to wade Taneycomo. I love the Corp of Engineers.
