It's great that you and your father can still fish together. Same way with Bman and his son and all the other father and son combos. Cherish the opportunity guys. My father also introduced me to fishing and fly fishing. Unfortunately he passed away when I was 17, but I still remember all of the days we fished together. Do not miss an opportunity to fish with your father.

I really cherish the times my son and daughter and I have had, and continue to have together on the water. Now we are introducing a new generation! My son's two. Mira who is almost 5 and Cole soon to be 3. My daughter has 4 year old Cadence, with another granson on the way!

My dear Dad passed away last fall. He had a good life, and was 90 when he passed. Thankfully he didn't suffer long. Parkinsons took him.

The only good line is a tight line

Isn't it great when your children and your grandchildren can share your lifelong hobby of fishing? I did not mean to exclude moms and daughters in my earlier post. I just overlooked it. I forget that there are some very accomplished young and younger ladies out there who enjoy the sport as much as you and I. We owe much to our parents for our guidence through life.
