KCRIVERRAT Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Heck guys... anymore I drive 5 plus hours to fish my favorite river (Jacks Fork) and the last trip it took me and my river buddy 11 hours to float 3 and a half miles. Really nice fish in that stretch. If you guys are busy this weekend no problem. I could take the boat up to Mozingo. The crappie are on fire I here. Just let me know. Chief Grey Bear Posted May 28, 2009 Author Posted May 28, 2009 Ahh heck no. Come on down. How about a Sunday trip? A float trip? What time do you want to start? We usually start about 8-9 and finish up about 5. Will that work for you? KCRIVERRAT Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 Sounds great you guys. I'll pop up early Sunday and make that scenic cruise down good ol' 71! Where you wanna meet up at? HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGER @ OZARK FISHING EXPEDITIONS
Chief Grey Bear Posted May 28, 2009 Author Posted May 28, 2009 Well depending on which way we are heading out, we will either meet at Walmart or Hickory Creek. I have a feeling we will be heading south, so we will want to meet you at Walmarts. Once you leave KC down 71, turn left at your 3rd stop light. Once you get south of Carthage, keep south, don't follow I-44 to stay on 71. Stay on 59 South through Diamond on to Neosho. Don't turn until get through your 3 stop lights, and you will see Walmart. I talked to Buzz last night and looks like we will be floating. We will take 2 canoes. Looks like you and Buzz in his and me and Dylan in mine. I've got a '04 black ford F-150 step side. That's what I still call'em. I'm gonna cut out of here at 4:30. I'll park at the outside edge of the parking lot so you can find me, or me you. Hey, I've seen pics of you two... I'll look for the buzzards circaling! HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGER @ OZARK FISHING EXPEDITIONS

It's attached to a '98 Ford F-150 Tan over Black. We'll meet you by the Murphy's gas station on the northeast end of the parking lot. Don't forget your beverages. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
