So tomorrow the SPA schedule says 0 all the way down on TRD. So the projection is no generation for 24 hrs? The jig technique under these conditions is a jig and float? I prefer bouncing jigs off the bottom what size for that method tomorrow and what area will produce fish. Also not comfortable with no flow and boating past fall creek. Any thoughts are appreciated. I prefer not to bottom fish with baits tomorrow but that might be what it takes.

Throw your jigs... they work as good as when the water is running. No float. Sculpin has been best color.
