hammered jiggin spoon in 50 foot of tablerock lake water on a coooold december morning. 7 lbs 2 oz , felt like reeling up a basketball

Well basketballs float, so that should have been pretty easy...

:P

2-inch golden shiner swimbait

6 pounds 2 ounces (I know that is just an average day for some of you)

Farm pond (early spring)

I have tried everything in a farm pond and NOTHING beats a 2 - 4 inch swimbait.

But since noone is talking about smallies...

Here is a few sweet bronzeback caught in Taneycomo after last years flood...

Just over 6lbs (this has to be my best bass ever!!)

Large olive stickbait caught me a 12 lb. Striper in Tennesee on a cloudy windy day fishing about 30 ft. deep trolling.

Shakey-head jig, "secret pond", maybe about 4' of water. No idea on weight, just looked like it was my biggest.

Black spinnerbait, black pork frog.

Early spring, Table Rock ( Big Indian ), pea gravel point.

Largemouth, just under 8 lbs.

If fishing was easy it would be called catching.

MO largemouth, 9 pounds even, private but very hard-fished resort development lake, April, old wooden Bomber crankbait

MO smallmouth, two of them that were right around 5 pounds, one on the Meramec, July, homemade crankbait, one on Big River, August, homemade crankbait

MO largemouth- LOZ summer night a few years ago-7" Power Worm-don't know the weight but it was 24.5" long

LOZ crack of dawn after an all nighter- another 24.5" hog on a Bomber 9A deep crankbait.

MO Smallmouth- Upper section of the Big Piney below Dogs Bluff-18.5" fighter on a Agnew rigged tube....
