Danimal Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 Hey Russ. Bobbi and I are thinking about fishing up there this coming weekend. Is your campground open? May also need to buy a shuttle. Thanks. Dan-o RELEASE THOSE BROWNIES!!
ollie Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 I fished the Big on Sunday and didn't do well with numbers, but did manage a fat pig of 16" from behind a log! Only real fish of the day for me. Caught some goggle-eye as well, but hardly any smallies but that one. Water is perfect for fishing right now IMO. Zack Hoyt Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Hey Russ. Bobbi and I are thinking about fishing up there this coming weekend. Is your campground open? May also need to buy a shuttle. Thanks. Dan-o Dan. Drop me a pm if you guys make it and dont mind a tag along. I have been meaning to make time to sneak up there, but had too many irons in the fire. This weekend looks clear. Zack Hoyt Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Water levels look to be perfect. I have been working a on a few unique flies I am wanting to try on some smallie water. Plus the pontoon has been in the garage for a month and needs some water time. Zack Hoyt OAF Contributor Flies, Lies, and Other Diversions
