Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted July 22, 2009 Root Admin Posted July 22, 2009 Ever heard of these? A friend told me about them in AK. Sounds like a pretty revolutionary idea. Tobacco biz should be scared. Gov't should be too... lots of taxes lost. Anyone try them?
smallmouthjoe Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 No but I would LOVE to try them. Might be a good way to kick the habit.

smallmouthjoe Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 It looks like after the initial investment for the cartridge buying the nicotine would be cheaper than buying smokes.
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted July 22, 2009 Author Root Admin Posted July 22, 2009 Exactly. My Chiro, who is a health nut, even thought about selling them to his patients.
Terry Beeson Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 I wonder if you can get them in Cuban Cohibas? Buzz Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 I just forwarded the website to my wife. I would love it if she would quit. I quit about 15 years ago, smoking that is, maybe they can come up with some kind of electronic chewing tobacco. Or maybe not. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
Luke Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 Before you buy, you might want to check out cnn.com. The FDA doesn't think the Electronic Cigarettes are as "healthy" as the manufacturers claim. --Luke

Luke Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 Yeah, it would have been nice if the FDA had compared them with cigarettes so we could see how much "healthier" these things are. As far as I'm concerned, I would rather have smokers "smoking" these instead of real cigarettes, it cuts out second hand smoke. --Luke
