Flippin Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 I might be in the market for another trolling motor if I cant get mine fixed. What are your thoughts--MotorGuide vs Minn Kota. I would like to hear about dependablility, features and model #'s.
Dutch Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 You will find fans of both. I'm a MG fan. I run the dickens out of mine and have used it for 5-6000 hours with only a micro switch malfunction. Buy the biggest you can afford no matter which brand you get. Have you had Scott at Marine Repair look at it?
