Great idea, getting a guide to go in your boat and help tweak it up and make suggestions. Hmmm......

Might be on to something, I do some Humminbird trips with electronics, take folks out with their boat and electronics gear and tweak it for them. Even done some really nice installations.. Speaking of installations working on finishing touches on my new toy for the big blue tanker. Sideimaging on the trolling motor, 800 Mhz of SI power looking under boats and under dock stalls should be alot of fun..

Also don't tell Bill, but he really is the bomb on this lake, I wish I had half of the experience he has on this lake..

Don, I have the 700 series SI mounted on my trolling motor and the 997 SI on the console. I think for me it's a bit overkill, but you can probably have lots of fun with it. (There aint nuthin under dem docks) shhhh!

Hey Matt, did you ever get your x-17 fine tuned? Call me if you got any questions about it.

Fishing with Babler is fun. I've got to go with him a handfull of times and it's always been a blast!----

Chris, I haven't had the chance to get out on the water since returning home. However, it worked great the following day after Bill tweaked it. Thanks for your help. matt

I am having trouble seeing my bait and my line on my x135 lowrance. I was wondering what you tinker with to get the proper sensitivity. I have tryed adjusting ping speed and the sensitivity. I also try to keep the max depth set at like 60 feet or so and zoom in . Anything im missing on setting this thing up for drop shoting and spooning.
