Wade Fishing The Big Piney?

Hello all, new here!

My uncle and I have been trying to find a place to wade fish for smallies, in a perfect world we would just spend a day checking out access points but it's a good three hour drive from where we live and after working all week that isn't the best sounding of ideas.

Now I'm not looking for anyone's secret spot or anything, but, if someone could point me to a few access points that can be wade fished and the distance up/down, that would be awesome. Thanks for any help in advance!

There are plenty of public access points on the upper end of the B. Piney. Simmons Ford is right by the Hwy and kinda ugly IMO...But there are a bunch of access points between there and the FS access at Slabtown.. Good luck.
