Help For Labor Day Weekend

I normally bass fish. I am going down to Bowl Shoals over Labor Day weekend with my family. I will only be able to fish in mornings or late evening, but most likely in the mornings. We will be Boating with my friend during the days. I have heard that their are big walleye's in the northern part of the lake. I like catching fish and will have my 9 and 12 year old sons with me. Any direction would be great (Locations, depths, lures, etc.).
