Bman Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 I was surprised to find hoards of Rainbow fingerlings throughout the whole park! I made a complete lap around the park, and found them everywhere. They make it difficult, but not impossible to catch a decent sized fish. Probably one of the best chances to catch a larger fish is to get there early to catch a stupid fresh stocker. I tried to spot fish a few of the bigger fish, but the fingerlings would grab it from in front of their nose! I caught a few bigger fish by fishing really deep, with bigger flies. I should have looked for some hatchery folk to ask what happened, but didn't. Anyone have a clue? The only good line is a tight line

Sounds like a mishap may have occurred.
