drew03cmc Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 Ok, dumb question here. Where is the PDT river below the lake located? I know it is below the lake...har har har. I am asking because I would be interested in trying some smallie fishing on it in the near future. Please let me know. Andy
Members Dan052 Posted July 11, 2009 Members Posted July 11, 2009 Im headed up to fair grove on Sunday. There's an access point on HWY EE just east of Fair grove. I have always had great luck up there, and there are some big smallies in that area too!
KCRIVERRAT Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 I've taken my Tracker upstream (which is going south) over the first three riffles. Caught a few whites up there. It was an adventure, had four guys in the boat. I'd love to float it from further upstream, lookin' for a canoe! Guarentee ya... it don't get floated much. Watched a couple of guys in a Champion dragging the boat back down with lots of damage. Can't believe they tried it. HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGER @ OZARK FISHING EXPEDITIONS

Members hendernt Posted August 26, 2009 Members Posted August 26, 2009 I have fished it up around fair grove and have caught everything from bass to suckers. all in all it is a decent little stream and perfect for ultralight work for some small to medium fish. Today when I fished it I caught a pretty good size goggle eye about 6 inches long and 4.5 tall and fat. good fight on an ultralight
