Where does mm hwy come into the lake? Cant seem to locate it on a map. Does it follow straight down to the lake and is it called Blackwell ferry rd.?

A couple of miles toward Forsyth from K Highway, on 76, there's a big convenience store on the corner. That's MM. Turn toward the lake there and follow it to the end to the new ramp.

I don't know if it's open yet. I've only seen it from the water, and they were still working on it a couple of weeks ago. The ramp is on the first bend of the lake below and across from Snapp Holler.
