Stripers On Spoons

I have heard some reports of folks taking Stripers on Spoons. Do any of you folks fish them for Stripers?? If so, what type/size /brand /technique etc? It sounds like something I would like to try.

I fish for stripers with spoons quite a bit, but not very often at Beaver. I like the heavier slabs, 1.5oz to 2oz. I make my own with a mold from Do-It. From late summer till mid winter i do best with them, sometimes drop them to the bottom and burn it up through the school, and others more of a violent jigging action and then some days you just barely move it.
