Abel Rod And Reel

I came across and Abel TR3 reel with spare spool and an Abel Xtreme 4pc 5wt rod. I am not familiar with this brand.

Does anyone know anything about them.

Abel is a high-end reel maker. Not familiar with their rods, can't afford their reels. Abel

The rods are quite good. A little on the stiffer side.. but very well appointed.

The TR3 reel is a click pawl that takes a little getting used to. Still an A+ piece. Brian
