Now that hunting season is almost over, Our first tourney of the winter will be Sunday, Dec. 6Th from 9am to 4 pm. you cam pre register by emailing me or calling. I have had a great response so far. Should have over 10 boats if all show up. Below is the full schedual. ( Was thinking of having a little side pot for winner of total points for the winter series. Will discuss at ramp)

SHOW-ME CRAPPIE

WINTER SERIES

2009-2010

No more than 2 people per boat

40 per boat, 90% pay back

10 for big crappie (optional) 100% pay back

Weighing 7 fish per boat

Pay 1 place per every 5 boats

5 places paid maximum

Take off and weigh-in at State Park Marina on Stockton Lake

Except march 7TH CEDAR RIDGE

December 6th 9am to 4pm

December 20th 9am to 4pm

January 3rd 9am to 4pm

January 24th 9am to 4pm

February 14th 9am to 4pm

March 7th 9am to 4pm cedar ridge

March 21st 8am to 4pm

There will be a point system Per boat. 75 points for 1st, 74 for 2nd and so on,With 30 points given to any boat who fishes. The top 50% in point standings, and anyone who fishes at least 60% of all tournaments qualify for any Fish-Off, If we have one.!!!!

The rules are standard. I am going to have aside pot for Winter series no fish off. There will be a fish off for summer series. Side pot will work like this: 75 points for 1st place, 74 points for 2nd and so on down the line. If you catch no fish 30 points for fishing. At the end of the Winter series I am going to erase the lowest 2 scores from all who are in, this will enable all who want to enter but not fish all 7 tourneys ( knowing it is hard to make all ). P.S. All are welcome to fish the Winter series. The summer was fun and this is the first time I have fished in the winter. My boat used to stay in garage from nov. till march but was asked to run a winter series so come out and play. They said if I build it they will come.

Biggeratts, you going to launch in 18 degree weather? I think I will be staying warm in the pick-up drinking coffee waiting for a doe to come out in the field and blow the hell out of it where it's warm.

No can't make this one but I might get out there in 19 degree weather I do it deer hunting might as well do it fishing but I would like to see winter Bass Tournaments

Take off is 9am so it will be around 32 according to the weather channel. It is winter. Hope you can make it on the 20th. Should be a fair turn out with who is pre registered.

You guys have a good time. It is 23° outside right now and the wind is supposed to be as high as 25 mph this morning. I'm staying by the fire.

It was a cold one but fishing turned out to be great got to watch an eagle for a bit.We had it slow but the others did good took 6 lbs. and some change to win.You should throw on the warmest clothes you got and come out.
