The imperial is their mid grade entry rod if you will. it is a step above the triumph, and quiet a step is is. most of my fly rods are the St. Croix Reign's, they dont make it anymore. They were replaced by the imperial, so i got them for super happy clearance price at cabelas...i digress.... i go to hargrove, i love that place, and i used to work there. They are down the street from my mechanic so whenever I have to wait for some work to be done I go hang out with Craig and Tom. Probably a great place to work too.
