take 160 (James River Expressway) East; take the Glenstone exit and turn left on Republic rd (Republic rd becomes Glenstone). Go about 1/4 mile and turn right on hwy M/Republic rd (the road runs parellel to 160). Go passed the park on the right and when the road dead ends turn right and you are a few yards from the Nature Center.

Get off of 60 at Glenstone, cross Republic and stay on Glenstone to the end. The thing you need to know is that the Glenstone you want is an outer road on the south side 60 heading east.
