Sore Thumbs Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 Saw a Hefty boat by Hwy 12 bridge so I went to Prarie Creek ramp to confirm it was him and sure enough it was. I was curious why he would fish Beaver instead of somewhere else? Here is a pic of his truck.
nwaoutdoorsman Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 Probably was Justin(his son) and Mike. Justin is putting on a tournament series on Beaver, Table Rock and Grand this year and I believe the first one is this Saturday on Beaver. Its called Bass X Team Tournament. Entries are available at Hook Line & Sinker.

Oh, may not have been. I really have no idea, just was taking a guess. Did you do any good? What was the water temp?

I didn't get to fish. I was just lookin around at the lake. I haven't been on Beaver since they pulled the water down. After next weekend I will be fishing Beaver a lot.
jeb Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Water temp from Prarire Creek down through Clifty Arm was still in the 38-40 range yesterday. Lake remains very stingy for me! The level is still dropping slowly, too. John B 08 Skeeter SL210, 225F Yamaha
