Guest csfishinfool Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 I am wondering if anyone knows what happens to a boater in the Pro-Am's that does not have a guarentee co-angler. Is it like the BFL with boater on boater draws. Or does heartland give you an observer and allow you to fish by yourself? Or do they only allow an even number of co-anglers and boaters. Resulting in you not being allowed to fish? I've tried to email heartland and have not got a response.
techo Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 I fished it two years ago. Boaters are guarranteed. The worse that will happen is they will boot a non-boater and pair two boaters. My experience is that it doesn't happen. As a matter of fact most non-boaters try to link with a boater so they are supposedly guarranteed to fish. If you have a boat.....you should fish. zipstick Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Not surprising that you received no answer from Heartland. Communication with anglers has never been a strong point with them.
