Members BIG SHRIMP Posted April 2, 2010 Members Posted April 2, 2010 Ive been wanting to go fishing so bad since my return in December but there has always been something in the way.The weather genious is saying rain Friday and Sat. but Im going Sat. regardless.Looking to target BIG SMALLIES since I missed fishing all last year.Im wondering if anyone can give me a heads up on water types to target.Im guessing deeper pools with lack water but Im wondering if I should target springs still.I seen that the guru beet me to it last week but the water was rolling chocolate milk here last week.If nobody suggest the rivers I may go to Bagnell and target crappie and cats.Any leads would be greatly appreciated.Im from the Lebanon area but wouldnt mind trying something around Waynesvill or so.Ill be running a 20ft jon with a jet but Im assuming majority of the water is up everywhere. Thanks again.

I'd look for slow current in 2-6 feet of water in all the usual fishy-looking places.
